Cultivate is the leading rural leadership conference in the UK, bringing together ambitious rural professionals, entrepreneurial farmers and future leaders to grow, connect and be inspired.

Founded in 2020 and powered by Hillsgreen, Cultivate has quickly become a flagship event for leaders across the rural and agricultural space. After sell-out events in 2020,2022 and 2024, we are returning on Wednesday 29th April 2026, with more incredible speakers to motivate and inspire the rural sector.

This year’s theme, Leading Through Change, reflects the pace of transformation across the rural economy, from political and environmental pressures to new technology and new market opportunities.

Cultivate 2026 will not only deliver a world-class one-day leadership conference, we will also be launching The Lead-In, a pre-conference event on the evening of Tuesday 28th April 2026. It’s another opportunity for those attending the conference to connect with like-minded people – all in a relaxed environment prior to the main event.
