Andy is a serial agricultural entrepreneur with a passion for food and farming and over 15 years of business development and marketing experience. He’s the founder of Hillsgreen, the UKs leading digital marketing agency dedicated to agriculture, working with some of the biggest names in the sector.

Andy also founded Mission.Ag, to help support farmers, champion the industry and connect influencers with their target audience. He’s a regular guest speaker at agricultural events around the UK and further afield. Driven by his experience on his family’s dairy farm (where you’ll often still find him), Andy co-created Cultivate to connect leaders in the sector and help business owners thrive through shared experiences, exceptional insights and powerful success stories.

SIMON HALEY

Simon Haley is the owner of SRH Agribusiness Ltd, a consultancy firm providing strategic insight and financial management advisory services to farms and rural businesses.

Writing complex grant applications and undertaking independent appraisals, Simon is always on the lookout for how to add value. Often, taking people out of their comfort zones can help to develop resilience and skillsets, ultimately leading to more sustainable outcomes.

He co-founded Cultivate to offer a platform for collaborative innovation, so rural businesses were able to be inspired to develop further, to improve their capabilities, to increase their targets, and to challenge themselves alongside their peers.
