Andy is a serial rural entrepreneur with a passion for food and farming and over 15 years of business development and marketing experience. He’s the founder of Hillsgreen, the UKs leading performance marketing agency dedicated to growing the rural sector.
He’s a regular guest speaker at agricultural events around the UK and further afield. Driven by his experience managing his family’s dairy farm, Andy created Cultivate to connect and grow better leaders in the sector through shared experiences, exceptional insights and powerful success stories.
