What parking facilities do you have?
Heaton House Farm have ample free parking for guests. The car park is also accessible by minibuses and coaches, and there is a taxi drop off point near the main entrance.

What’s your disabled access like?
Heaton House Farm have been working hard to make sure they can offer excellent disabled access throughout the venue. This includes disabled access toilets, ramp access to all areas of the conference facility, and disabled access accommodation on-site if required.

What do we do if we have special dietary requirements?
All you’ll need to do is let us know ahead of time, and Heaton House Farm will be more than happy to make any special accommodation for you.

Where is Heaton House Farm?
Heaton House Farm might be in the beautiful countryside of Cheshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire, but it doesn’t mean it’s in the middle of nowhere. It’s easy to get to! If you’re driving, you can find Heaton House Farm just off the A523, which links Derby to Manchester City Centre. DO NOT USE THE POSTCODE! Please type in ‘Heaton House Farm’ into Google Maps or click here to bring you directly to the car park.
There are a number of local bus routes too, with the closest bus stop just a 10 minute walk away. The closest train station is 15 minutes away in Macclesfield, which has regular trains in and out of Manchester, Birmingham and London. The journey time from London is just 1 hour 40 minutes by train, from Birmingham is 1 hour and from Manchester is only 25 minutes. Heaton House Farm have excellent connections with local taxi companies should you wish to be picked up from the station to arrive at Heaton House Farm.

What time does the event begin, and what time will it end?
Cultivate Conference will begin at 8.00 am with breakfast and networking. Welcomes and introductions will begin at 9:00 am. The final session ends at 5pm with after-conference networking and drinks following on until 6pm.

What does my ticket include?
Tickets include refreshments throughout the day, incorporating breakfast and lunch. Delegates will have access to tea and coffee throughout the day. Each delegate will be provided with a drinks token to use at the end of the conference, for one free drink.

When does the early-bird rate end?
The early-bird offer ends on 15th December 2019 for Cultivate Conference 2020.

Can I pay direct by bank transfer?
Tickets can be paid online via our ticketing system by credit or debit card. If you would prefer, you can also pay via bank transfer.

What will the room layout be?
Cultivate is not your typical theatre-style conference, delegates will be on tables of 10. There will be plenty of room to network during tea and coffee breaks in the Oak Barn.

Will there be a delegate attendance list?
You will be able to identify who is attending via our table plan on the day.

Is there wifi at the venue?
Yes, there will be access to free Wifi all day.

Is there an event hashtag?
The event hashtag is #Cultivate2022 – We’d love for you to share your day on social media. Please use our hashtag in your posts so we can share too.

Is there accommodation available?

What is the dress code?
We’re serious about agriculture, but that doesn’t mean it’s a corporate event, smart casual will be just fine.
